The Plastimold Difference

Injection Molding

Customer service is our top priority. Plastimold provides our customers with just-in-time manufacturing solutions and will warehouse your inventory for on demand delivery. Our process controlled quality management system ensures every order is manufactured on time and with the quality our customers expect. We only partner with the best suppliers with established industry reputations. Having the ability to utilize the resources of our suppliers coupled with our knowledgeable engineers gives us the ability to solve the most difficult material issues and polymer questions.

Plastic Injection Molding

Plastimold engineers have over 25 years experience designing plastic parts and molds. Our designers are also mold makers with years of injection molding experience. Not only can they design the tool, but they understand manufacturing. Having knowledge of mold construction is critical when designing parts optimized for plastic injection molding. Each part is analyzed for manufacturability and a full report provided for review and discussion.

Mold Making

With a onetime upfront tooling fee, we guarantee unlimited part quantities of your mid to high volume project. We use top quality mold components and high precision Mazak CNC machines for mold production. Our injection molds have high tolerance tool metal conditions. This eliminates the metal to metal shock during the molding process that reduces the mold life and usually results in mold repair.

Our automated molding machines range in size from 45 to 390 tons with shot sizes up to 48 oz. Plastimold continues to invest in the latest molding technologies such as all-electric molding machines. Real time alerts are sent to management upon a fault or disruption in production. Using industry leading molding technology optimizes our efficiency so we can run 24 hours a day, 7 days in a week.
